THE BEST BREAKFASTS
Hey! My names Olivia and if your new here, welcome and if your a returning reader welcome back! For those of you who don't know, I have a youtube channel which I would love for you to check out and the link will be at the end of this blog so keep reading! Today I wanted to blog about some foods and I have chosen breakfast ideas. This week I have been very creative with my breakfasts so today I'm going to share with you my favourite creations. ps. sorry if i make you hungry!
The first breakfast idea is a mussel parfait. I saw something similar to these of Pinterest which made me really want one and so I decided to try and create it. Please note the the amount of muesli may vary depending on how yoghurty/ muesli-e you want it. Makes one serve.
What you'll need for this is:
- 1 cup of yoghurt (any flavour)
- half a cup of muesli
- fresh berries
- chia seeds
- a glass
- put half of your yoghurt on the bottom of the glass
- put your muesli on top of the yoghurt
- put the other half of your yoghurt onto of the muesli
- put a small handful of berries on the top
- sprinkle over chia seeds
- Enjoy!
What you'll need for this is:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon of sprinkle basil
- 2 slices of bread (for toast)
- a dash of milk
- turn the stove top to high and melt butter on a large frying pan
- cut tomato into small pieces and fry until light brown. put aside in a bowl
- in a medium jug, wisk eggs and milk until light orange
- pur egg mixture into frying pan and scramble eggs
- add in the tomato and basil and stir until combined
- serve onto of toast
- enjoy!
